UGC Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 8. 2025

By tagging the @irregularexposure Instagram Account, tagging the @byjessicaevans, tagging us on any other social media platform including but not limited to TikTok, X (previously known as twitter), Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, etc or otherwise submitting content to us, you agree to the following terms:

 

 

1. What You’re Agreeing To

When you submit content (including but not limited to photos, videos, captions, or reviews), you grant Irregular Exposure S-Corp ("IE") the right to perpetually use your content across any of our platforms. 

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Our website

  • Email marketing

  • Social media channels

  • Paid advertisements

  • In-store displays or event materials (if applicable)

Irregular Exposure, S-Corp may crop, edit, or stylize your content for formatting or branding purposes. None of the efforts to edit the content will substantially degrade or modify its initial perception upon a viewer any different than its initial post/tagging or submission to Irregular Exposure, S-Corp.  

 

 

2. Usage Rights

This license is:

  • Royalty-free: No compensation is provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Perpetual: We can use the content indefinitely.

  • Worldwide: We can use it across all regions and platforms.

  • Non-exclusive: You still own your content and can use it however you like.

If at any time, you wish to revoke our license to use your content, this request must be submitted in writing to Irregular Exposure, S-Corp. Irregular Exposure, S-Corp will take your desires seriously and will immediately cease any future use of the content.

 

 

3. What You’re Confirming

By sharing content with us, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to share it.

  • Any person featured has given you permission to share their image.

  • The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights (e.g., copyrighted music, trademarks).

  • You will indemnify Irregular Exposure, S-Corp, should any of the aforementioned statements later be revealed to be untrue.  

 

 

4. Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that:

  • Contains offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory material

  • Promotes competing products or services

  • Misrepresents the IE/ Irregular Exposure brand or community

 

 

5. Liability and Release

You agree to release and hold harmless Irregular Exposure, S-Corp and its affiliates from any claims or disputes related to the use of your content under these terms, provided we use it as outlined here.

 

 

6. Opting Out

If at any point you’d like us to stop using your content, email us at press@irregularexposure.com with a link or screenshot of the content in question. We will remove it within a reasonable timeframe.

 

 

7. Legal Information

FTC Guidelines

When submitting content (videos, photos, captions, etc.) that features our brand, and especially if we may repost or share it in our marketing, please know that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) still expects transparency from everyone creating brand-related content online—even when it’s not paid.

General Provisions

This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties regarding confidentiality. This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Michigan. This Agreement shall not be assignable by either party. Neither party may delegate its duties under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party. The confidentiality provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect at all times in accordance with the term of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining portions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and construed so as to best effectuate the original intent and purpose of this Agreement.

  • You grant us permission to use your content for marketing.

  • You confirm you own the content or have rights to it.

  • You can request removal at any time.
